General Terms & Conditions

Aq11 is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to the website, mobile app, and all digital services provided by aq11.

To use the aq11 platform, you must:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and complete information about yourself.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• All applicable laws of Bangladesh must be complied with.

Aq11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its services at any time without prior notice. However, we will make reasonable efforts to inform registered users of any significant changes.

Account Registration & Verification

When registering at aq11, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Accounts may be suspended if incorrect or false information is submitted during registration.

One Person, One Account

Each user may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be permanently closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

For security purposes, aq11 may request identity verification documents at any time. These may include:

• National ID (NID) or passport copy
• Mobile Banking Account Verification
• Proof of address (utility bill, etc.)

Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (password, OTP) confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact aq11 support immediately.

Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly observed when betting on aq11:

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet has been successfully placed, it is considered final. A bet is not confirmed until a system confirmation is received. aq11 may cancel a bet under the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is completely cancelled
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If evidence of fraud or manipulation is found
• If the outcome of an event is found to have been predetermined

Maximum & Minimum Bet Amounts

Each match and event has a set minimum and maximum bet amount. These limits may vary by event, and aq11 reserves the right to adjust them at any time.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed when placing a bet may not be final — the odds at the moment of confirmation will apply. aq11 is not liable for any bet not accepted due to network delays.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Aq11 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are outlined on the respective offer page.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To claim this bonus:

• Registration must be completed and verified.
• The first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500 BDT.
• A 10x wagering requirement must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings earned from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the designated wagering requirements have been met. For wagering calculations, every live betting and Sports Betting wager counts at 100%.

Bonus Abuse

If the bonus system is abused, aq11 reserves the right to void the bonus from the relevant account and suspend the account if necessary. Examples of abuse include claiming bonuses across multiple accounts and placing bonus funds only on a specific outcome.

Payment & Transaction Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on aq11 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and approved banking channels. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals are preferred via the same method used for the deposit.

Transaction Verification

Aq11 reserves the right to carry out additional verification on suspicious transactions. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant authorities may be notified.

Responsible Gaming

Aq11 believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We are committed to protecting the well-being of our users.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• You have the option to take a temporary break or permanently close your account.
• If you notice signs of addictive behavior, please contact aq11 support.
• Opening an account for anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension & Closure

Aq11 may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If an account is registered using false information.
• If evidence of fraud, hacking, or system manipulation is found.
• If multiple accounts are operated by the same individual.
• If bonus funds are misused.

Users may also close their account at any time by reaching out to support. It is the user's own responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction must be raised with support within 72 hours of the incident. To submit a complaint:

1. Email us at support@aq11.bet with full details.
2. Include the relevant bet ID, date, and amount.
3. Our team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
4. Where necessary, both parties' input will be considered before a final decision is issued.

Aq11's decisions are final. That said, we are always committed to fair and transparent resolutions.

Policy on Changes to Terms

Aq11 may update these terms and conditions as needed. For significant changes, registered users will be notified via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you are free to close your account at any time.
